I am an attorney by day and an amateur artist in my free time. I typically paint with acrylic on canvas. I like vibrant, wild colors and surreal, unusual images. My goal is to paint something that hasn't been done before. I lived in Alaska for a time and northern scenes appear in my work frequently, as do Christian themes. I tend to work with the biggest canvases I can find. I credit my adoptive father (who exposed me early to modern art and design) and my birth father (an accomplished artist in Toronto) with my love of painting.
